Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated based on shipping method selected, the weight of order and location.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Jiggykidz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at: customersupport@jiggykidz.community within 7 days. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package.
